Meet Tara

For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed cooking, serving, and sampling my foodie delights with friends and family! At the same time, I was involved with  other hobbies including singing, road biking, hiking, traveling, and pursuing a career as a speech-language pathologist. I didn't consider preparing dishes professionally until retirement in 2023, when I decided to start my home-based food catering business. Inspired by my travels, I have discovered wonderful Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, European, and American cuisine, all tailored for my clients.  I love simple,  savory foods with bold flavors that are aromatic and bursting with color! It brings me joy to cook, plate, and serve visually appealing dishes that can be enjoyed with family members and friends in a comfortable and cozy setting. Why do I do this?  Because I love making people happy! ​
